As Development Director for Boys and Girls Clubs of Albany, New York, I built a model that married local businesses and media with youth education programming, earning a national award for innovation and community impact.

I also collaborated with the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) to develop and deliver workshops that equipped entrepreneurs and professionals with the tools to establish and grow their ventures.
